1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account on sbet2, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any feature or service offered by the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the website. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

sbet2 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account on sbet2. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. sbet2 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 Jurisdiction Restrictions

2.3 Account Information

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to open and maintain only one (1) account on sbet2. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. If sbet2 detects that you have opened or are operating multiple accounts, all such accounts will be closed, winnings voided, and funds confiscated.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your account with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. 3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sbet2 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), online bank transfers (via InstaPay and PesoNet), over-the-counter payments at authorized payment centers (7-Eleven CLiQQ, Bayad Center, MLhuillier), and direct bank deposits to designated accounts with BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating banks. All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP).

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is fifty pesos (₱50). The maximum deposit amount per transaction is fifty thousand pesos (₱50,000), subject to daily and monthly limits as determined by sbet2 and the payment provider. Higher limits may be available for verified VIP players.

3.3 Processing Time

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and online banking are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation by the payment gateway. Over-the-counter deposits and bank transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to be credited, depending on the payment method and processing times of third-party financial institutions.

3.4 Deposit Verification

sbet2 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit, including but not limited to bank statements, e-wallet transaction confirmations, or proof of payment receipts. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delays in crediting deposits or account restrictions.

3.5 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits (i.e., deposits made from an account not registered in your name) are not permitted. If sbet2 determines that you have deposited funds from a third-party source, the deposit will be reversed, the account may be closed, and the funds returned to the original source.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

Players may request withdrawals from their sbet2 account balance at any time, subject to verification and compliance with these terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If this is not feasible, sbet2 will work with the player to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred pesos (₱100). The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is one hundred thousand pesos (₱100,000), subject to additional verification for amounts exceeding fifty thousand pesos (₱50,000). There is no limit to the total amount you can withdraw over time, provided all withdrawals comply with these terms.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) to twenty (20) minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the receiving bank. sbet2 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

4.4 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, sbet2 requires you to complete identity verification by submitting a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued identification document (Philippine passport, driver's license, national ID, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID). Additional documentation, such as proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), may be requested for withdrawals exceeding ten thousand pesos (₱10,000).

4.5 Wagering Requirements

Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable bonus terms. Withdrawing funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

sbet2 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations enforced by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. 5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, colluding with other players, or exploiting technical errors or loopholes, is strictly prohibited. sbet2 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected.

5.3 Bonus Forfeiture

If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements of an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings generated from the bonus will be forfeited. Once a bonus is forfeited, it cannot be reinstated.

6. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sbet2:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or loopholes in the Platform or games.
• Using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy server to disguise your location.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargeback fraud or identity theft.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening sbet2 staff or other players.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, confiscation of funds, and possible legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the sbet2 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, and game assets, is the property of sbet2, its game providers, or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, sbet2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. sbet2's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless sbet2, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any law or regulation, or your use of the Platform.

12. Termination

sbet2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, or any activity that sbet2 deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account, and any remaining balance (less any amounts owed to sbet2) will be returned to you in accordance with our withdrawal procedures.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You agree to waive any objection to the jurisdiction or venue of such courts.
